Roster visibility

By default rosters are shown to people viewing the events, and in reports. You can however, opt to hide them in some, or all circumstances - the following options are available both site-wide, as well as on an individual event basis.

Show rosters;

  • Yes, always - rosters are always shown in this instance

  • When the roster has been published - in this instance, the roster is only shown when the roster isn’t marked as being in draft-mode (ie. when you’ve finalised whom is on the roster)

  • When the person is rostered to attending - this shows the roster only when the person viewing the event is rostered to attend (hiding other rosters when they’re not rostered)

  • When the roster has been published & the person is attending - this shows the roster if;

    • The roster isn’t in draft mode, and;

    • If the person viewing the event is actually rostered to attend the event

  • No - rosters won’t be shown

 

A users permissions will also be taken into account - if they have view-all permissions or above, they’ll be shown the roster regardless of what’s been set above.
