Travel Schedule

Travel & flight arrangements can be entered into both events (for the people whom are attending them), as well as individuals (ie. for other travel that is required outside of an event context).

These can be entered via the 'travel and accommodation' page within the event details (accessible via the 'Select an action' box at the bottom of the event details).

Once entered, this information is viewable by the people the travel relates to.

Additionally, the fee paid for each of the travel arrangements entered will be included in the event expense information, allowing for totals of expenses incurred to be produced.
