View Permission

This permission encompasses viewing the resources list and any associated reports.
Unlike the 'view resource (all details)', it does not show full-resource details.
This permission level does not inherit any other access levels.

View All Permission

This permission encompasses viewing both the resources list and all resource details.
Unlike the 'view resource (basic details)', it includes information borrowing information, resource details, etc.
This permission level also inherits the following other access levels;

  • View

Modify Permission

This permission encompasses adding, modifying and removing resource details.
This permission level also inherits the following other access levels;

  • View
  • View All
