Client Feedback
eAt the end of each event, by default clients are emailed, thanking them for their business and to request feedback for the event. This is in the form of an overall rating (eg. Excellent / Satisfactory / Not so good), as well as giving them the opportunity to leave a comment.
This is saved with the event details, and emailed to the staff whom receive your post-event reports.
Post event report stats can be included in the above ‘Event Feedback’ email by ticking the ‘With the post-event feedback email (in a summarised format)’ option in the ‘Post event report’ settings.
This includes the following stats which are recorded in the post event report, which can also include lists recorded, such as ‘Assistance provided’, etc based on your needs.
Clients have the option to leave further comments in the page they’re subsequently taken to, after providing a rating for your service;
Additional Feedback
If you instead prefer to use your own feedback page, a link can be included in the ‘Client bookings’ settings;
Google Reviews
Your clients can be encouraged to submit a google review after they’ve left a rating for your services - to set this up, enter your ‘Google My Business Reviews' url below (information on how to obtain this can be found here; https://support.google.com/business/answer/3474122?hl=en
Once saved, your feedback page will include a button as shown in red below, prompting clients to leave a Google Review for your services.
