Pre-populate Actual Hours

Typically when confirming the hours worked, the system will pre-populate the times so your staff only need to review them, and click 'Confirm' to submit confirm the hours they actually attended the event.

If needed, you can request your staff enter the hours they work manually each time instead. Note this does take additional time, but may lead to more accurate information being entered.
