Automatically added skills/qualifications

The option to “Automatically add when competencies are met” allows skills/qualifications to be setup which are added, when all the requirements for that skill/qualification have been met.

For example;

If you have a qualification named “Ready for work”, with the following requirements, you might want it automatically added to a persons profile, once they have all the underlying requirements shown as being “Current”.

Thus, when the above 4 qualifications are “Current” in a persons profile, the “Ready for work” compliance check will automatically be added to their profile.

If any of these expire or are removed from the persons profile, the “Ready for work” compliance check will not be removed, but instead be shown as “Competencies required”, indicating that the underlying skills/requirements have not been met for it to remain current.
