Mobile App

A mobile app for VTEvents is available both for iPhone and Android users.

The VTEvents app allows users to access everything they need to, in order to;

• Find upcoming events

  • Submit EOI requests for events which a person would like to attend

• View events they’re rostered to

  • Contact person in charge

  • View additional documents/etc for shifts you’re rostered to

  • View people rostered (where available)

  • View maps for the event

  • Navigate to the event

  • Mark yourself as en-route to the event

  • Sign on/off from the event

• Complete hours for events attended

  • Add expenses incurred

  • Complete hours/timesheets

  • Submit post-event reports where required

• View previous events you’ve attended

  • View hours worked

  • View wages accrued

• Manage their own information

  • Personal information

  • Emergency contact details

  • Drivers licence information

  • Your vehicle details (ie. so event organisers can issue parking passes, etc)

  • Update availabilities

    • Set dates when you’re away on holidays/unavailable

  • View & manage qualifications

    • Submit new certificates/ratings/skills/qualifications

    • Renew existing skills/qualifications/etc

• View other organisational information;

  • Find and read notices

    • Mark them as being read (if required)

  • Find and download documents

    • Mark them as being read (if required)

The app also includes facilities for notifications & reminders to be sent through, with one-tap access to viewing the corresponding event information, skills & quals, etc as needed.
