Timezones

Times are set based on the state a person lives in. The system will default to Melbourne, Australia if no timezone can be calculated.

The modification log stores times in UTC which is converted automatically based on the timezone someone resides in.

Event and roster times are set based on the local time and date at the event (eg. Dates & times for events in Melbourne are shown using the Melbourne, Victoria timezone. If someone from another state is viewing those events, they should be mindful that the times shown are local to the state the event is in.
