Account Access & Send Password

When adding new people onto the system, you can opt to also have their account enabled and a new password sent to them automatically. Default permissions are automatically set for the group the person is assigned to at the time they are added to the system.

The default permissions assigned can be setup as a permissions profile, which is then in-turn set as the default via the site-configuration. 

This requires following;

  • A valid email address needs to be entered for the new person
  • The user needs to have administrative, or human-resources permissions within the group the new person is being added to
