Multiple items

You can set a quantity for a resource, and allow that resource to be assigned to multiple people and resources. This is ideal for situations where you have a large quantity of a single type of resource that you do not need to track individually (e.g. provisioning staff with uniforms).

When creating or modifying a resource, select , and then enter the number of items that you have for the resource in the quantity box.

You will then be able to add in the number of each item you're assigning to your staff and other resources (eg. 20 garbage bags in a vehicle).

Events

When a resource which consists of multiple items (eg. 1000 x bandaids) is assigned to an event, you have the opportunity to indicate how many are being assigned, along with then tracking how many have been returned once the event is completed (via the post-event report).
