If they are still 'Tentative' within a week before the event, an SMS message is also sent to them a week prior to the event to ask that they confirm if they are able to attend the event.

The person has been rostered and is ready to attend the event. If the event has past, it indicates they have not yet confirmed that they have actually attended the event.

Attended

The person has attended the event and confirmed their hours & that they were actually at the event. The hours which are entered are used for payroll and shown in the 'My Hours' page.

Withdrawn

The person in question was taken off the roster for some reason. Usually this happens prior to the event commencing, and was done in consultation with a staff member.

Did not attend

Indicates the person simply did not turn up to the event, or did not attend without giving notice as such.
