In increase the security on your account, you can enable multi-factor authentication (MFA). This means that when you login, we'll send you a one-time code as an SMS which you'll need to enter before you're logged into the system.
This ensures that even if someone else manages to obtain your password, they won't be able to get in without the code sent to your phone.
You can set this up by viewing your “My Account & Password” page (in the settings menu on the left-hand-side)
From there, on the right-hand side, you’ll see the following box where you can enable or disable MFA;
A new code is sent each time you login, and you can indicate a device is 'trusted' (so we only send the code once every few weeks for that device).
Can’t SMS you?
In the event the system is unable to SMS you the code, it will be emailed. Typically this is limited to the following conditions;
There are no SMS credits remaining
SMS messaging is disabled
SMS messaging is not setup
No mobile phone number is entered
