Below are the various recruitment statuses available to use, and their general meaning. Some refer to other detail which should be entered into the recruitment notes for the person (such as 'Interview Completed', 'References Received', 'Shortlisted', 'Unsuccessful', etc).

Initial Review

  • Application Received
    An application has been completed by the applicant and received.

  • Application Incomplete
    An application has been submitted by the applicant but is missing details which are required.

Progress

  • Interview Scheduled
    An application has been reviewed and an interview has been scheduled.

  • Interview Completed
    An interview has been conducted and completed

  • References Reviewed
    References have been contacted and reviewed.

  • Shortlisted
    The applicant has been placed on a short-list for review with other applicants.

Final Outcome

  • Successful
    The applicant has been successful in their application for a position

  • Unsuccessful
    The applicant has been unsuccessful in this instance with their application for a position
