Suggestions / Issues

Any suggestions for the service should be made by clicking the 'Feedback' link at the bottom of the pages within the system. This raises a request within our project management system which will be attended to as soon as possible. It's important to include as much detail as you can in any suggestions or issues you have raised, as this will minimise the time required in reproducing the problem you're having, or understanding what you would like improved. This includes any links to relevant events / members, reports, etc. This could also be in the form of attached sample reports which you would like created or updated.

In some cases this could mean it is fixed and ready to use very quickly, or is resolved and queued for the next software release.

In other cases, such as suggestions for improvement, your request is added to the queue of other changes to be made, and we'll review it as time permits. Sometimes this could be a few days, weeks or months. Some-times even the simplest of things might take quite a bit of time to plan and implement, so your patience is appreciated.

If you would like to follow up on a suggestion or issue raised, please contact your manager, quoting the reference number for further information.

Software Updates

Updates, improvements and fixes to the software generally happen every few weeks, and can include anything from minor changes and additions, through to entirely new areas of the system for you to use.

These are done generally overnight when the system is least used, in order to minimise the impact to your staff and volunteers as much as possible. You won't need to do anything in order to use the updated system, just login and carry on work as normal!
