Finding staff for events
Finding staff can generally be done in two ways - by contacting people who have marked themselves as 'available' on the day of the event, or by contacting everyone in the instance there ware some whom may not have updated their availabilities on the system.

Finding 'available' staff is generally the preferred option which not only takes into account availability but also ensures those being contacted have not already been rostered to another event.
