Generally once your event is completed, the last step is to get feedback from your client about the event, and send them an invoice for the work you did.
Invoicing can be done in a number of ways, depending on which accounting system you use and at what stage you generally invoice your clients.
Before an event
If you pre-invoice a client for an event (eg. for new clients, or where you need pre-payment), you will need to goto the 'Finances' link in the 'Events' menu, and then across to the 'Invoicing' tab.
The page then displays all the events you have attended in the last week by default which still need to be invoiced.
Change the dates the report uses for finding events to invoice by entering a new start & end-date (these are the event dates), and click 'Display' to retrieve the events again.
Select the events you would like to invoice by ticking the boxes on the right hand side of the table for the appropriate events, and then click 'Export' (or 'Send to accounting package' if you use an online accounting package).
