The system can take into account a minimum number of hours your staff will be paid for when they confirm the hours for each shift they've worked.

If a person works less than the minimum number of hours they are paid, the completion time they are paid until will be extended as required.

The actual times a person has worked will remain unchanged.

These times can be viewed at any time for particular events & allocations by viewing the allocation details for the person in question.

Late arrivals/early completion

This setting can be customised to exclude any time whereby the person attending the event was late to arrive on time, or any time related to early departures.

To exclude time related to late arrival or early completion, set the 'based on' to 'Hours worked', rather than 'Hours scheduled'.
