If you’re unsure about why a code isn’t received by the user, check the messages they should have received (View Sent / Recieved Messages), to understand more about where exactly it was sent, and if there is any more information about what’s happened to the message (eg. if it’s been rejected by the email account, or the phone number was wrong, etc)
