Initial Review

• Application Received
  An application has been completed by the applicant and received.
  
  

• Application Incomplete
  An application has been submitted by the applicant but is missing details which are required.

Progress

• Interview Scheduled
  An application has been reviewed and an interview has been scheduled.
  
  
• Interview Completed
  An interview has been conducted and completed
  
  
• References Reviewed
  References have been contacted and reviewed.
  
  
• Shortlisted
  The applicant has been placed on a short-list for review with other applicants.

Final Outcome

• Successful
  The applicant has been successful in their application for a position
  
  
• Unsuccessful
  The applicant has been unsuccessful in this instance with their application for a position
  
  
• Withdrawn
  The applicant has withdrawn from the application process. See notes for further details.
  
  
• Declined
  The applicant was successful in gaining a position, however declined the offer to take the position offered.
