You can view a list of all the messages that you have sent or received through the events management system by going to your 'My Details' page under the 'People' section, and then clicking 'Messages sent & recieved' from the 'Select an Action' dropdown menu at the bottom of the page.

You can view all of the messages sent for a particular event in the same way; by clicking the 'Select an Action' dropdown menu at the bottom of the event's details page.

Delivery Status

The following 'statuses' are shown on the message history report when viewing a list of message recipients. This shows where possible if a message has been received by a recipient, or failed for another reason. In some cases such as email and some telephone providers a final 'Status' won't be able to be determined and the message will remain blank or be shown as 'Pending'.

  • Pending
  • Delivered
    The message was delivered - either to the recipients handset (in the case of an SMS), or the user has opened the email. This does not necessarily mean the recipient has opened or read the message. In emails this is set when a tracking image is displayed - this status may not be sent if images are not displayed or have been blocked.

  • Failed
    The message failed to send to the recipient.
  • Timed out
  • No labels
