Notes can be entered for people when rostering them for an event by clicking theicon on the 'Update Roster' page.
These notes will appear under the 'People' section of the event's details page. 

Anyone viewing the event with 'View all' access to the event will be able to see these notes, along with the person in charge of your staff at the event.
Personal / confidential information should not be entered here, instead a note referring instructing event organisers to see their manager or secure personnel file should be usedto "Refer to personal details", or "Refer to manager before the event" should be entered here.
