By setting up an equivalent skills/qualification (eg. in the ‘Drivers Licence (Car)' example below), the person won’t have the ‘Drivers Licence (Car)’ shown as something they have obtained in their list of skills/qualifications, but rather it will be recognised when checking required skills/qualifications has been met for rostering, other skills/qualifications, etc.
