Notes can be entered for individuals (eg. John Smith) who attend a particular event (eg. School Sports Carnival) (Eg. Has an appointment before the event, and may be 15mins late)people when rostering them for an event by clicking the
icon on the 'Update Roster' page.
Anyone viewing the event with 'View all' access to the event will be able to see these notes, along with the person in charge of your staff at the event.
Personal / confidential information should not be entered here, instead a note referring someone event organisers to see their manager , or the persons information or secure personnel file should be used.
